One of the foundations of our firm’s legal practice is Minnesota workers’ compensation. One of the firm’s founding partners, Benjamin Hiemerl, heads up the workers’ compensation division at H&L. Mr. Heimerl devotes the majority of his practice to helping Minnesotans who have been hurt on the job. Attorney Michael Lammers also devotes a large amount of his practice to litigating workers compensation matters.

Three Twin Cities Locations
We havethree conveniently located law offices in the Twin Cities metro area. In the west, we have an office at the intersection of highway 494 and France Avenue in the Minneapolis suburb of Edina, MN. This location has ample free parking, and is easily accessible from any of the western suburbs including Edina, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, St. Louis Park, and Eden Prairie.
Our east metro office is located near the intersection of 694 and White Bear Avenue in the St. Paul suburb of Maplewood, MN. This office easliy serves those located in St. Paul, Woodbury, North St. Paul, Roseville, and White Bear Lake.
Our Downtown Minneapolis office is located in the IDS center.
